Part Time Warehouse / Delivery Driver – 1 Position

Candidate must be a motivated self starter, work well independently. In this position candidate will assist the overall operational needs of Synergy Lighting by providing organization assistance to the warehouse and well as provide excellent customer service while acting as a delivery driver for supply products.

Field Sales Manager – (FT) 1 Position

Candidate must have previous outside sales and management experience in the lighting industry. Qualified candidate must perform duties as a sales manager to include: Coordinating the operation of their sales department by establishing territories, goals and quotas for their sales team. Conduct and perform in-field sales and training and will report directly to the President. Sales Manager must review market analysis to determine customer needs, sales volume potential and pricing schedules that will meet company goals and objectives. Salary and Bonus structure based on previous experience.

• Previous experience in lighting required
• Minimum of 5 years previous outside sales
• Associates or Bachelors Degree
• Read, write and Speak English
• Knowledge of Word, Advanced Excell, Outlook
• Valid Drivers License
• Home Office Capable

Account Executive – (FT) Multiple Positions

Candidate must have previous outside sales experience in a wholesale industry. Qualified candidate must perform duties and tasks as an Outside Sales / Account Executive to include effectively managing a territory, seeking and cultivating new business while maintaining existing accounts. Pioneering and exploring new avenues of business utilizing supply chain management. Demonstrate and perform energy audits, facility quotes and providing excellent customer service to clients. Training provided.

• Knowledge of Word, Advanced Excell, Outlook

Landscape Lighting Designer / Sales– (FT) 3 Positions

Candidate must have previous outside sales and experience in landscape industry. Implement and design landscape lighting projects to residential and commercial clients, supervise installations.  Qualified candidate must promote company’s landscape lighting division to home builders, communities, apartment complexes, parks, Home owners associations and attand local trade shows. Coordinating the operation of the department by establishing territories, goals and meeting quotas. Conduct and perform in-field sales and night time demonstrations and will report directly to the President. Review market analysis to determine customer needs, sales volume potential and pricing schedules that will meet company goals and objectives. Commission and Bonus structure based on previous experience.

• Must obtain ALA certification
• Read, write and Speak English
• Knowledge of Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook
• Valid Drivers License
• Home Office Capable
• Available for night demonstrations/sales
